Job Description
Medlin+ is seeking a versatile Freelance Web Developer / Designer to support ongoing website projects built for small and local businesses. This is a flexible, project-based role ideal for someone who enjoys creating clean, modern, user-friendly websites with a focus on real-world business needs.
You will assist with layout design, page creation, UX improvements, mobile optimization, template setups, and occasional custom coding within PHP, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript. Familiarity with Bootstrap and modern responsive design practices is preferred.
Projects may include landing pages, full business websites, service modules, custom CMS components, and ADA accessibility improvements.
Compensation is project-based and ranges from approximately $50 to $500 depending on the size, complexity, and scope of the project.

Requirements
• Strong understanding of modern responsive web design
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap (required)
• Experience with PHP and MySQL (preferred but not required)
• Ability to design clean, modern website layouts
• Familiarity with ADA accessibility best practices is a plus
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency
• Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience working with small businesses is a bonus
